Each plant needs different care. That’s why we provide care tips on the respective product pages. If you still have any doubts or questions, you can always contact us personally at [email protected].

On each product page you will find all the information you need to make the right choice: Size, care requirements, recommended irrigation, brightness requirements…

This varies from plant to plant. We offer indoor plants with and without a cachepot. You just need to select your desired option, if any, on the side of the plant. The price will be updated automatically.

Yes, we work exclusively with selected nurseries and cultivators who offer high quality plants. Man of our plants have also been certified with the Fair Flora label: Fair Flora stands for sustainability and transparency. Growers are regularly checked for environmental protection, as well as trained and checked for fair working conditions. Additionally, for every product sold, 10 liters of drinking water are provided in a developing country and 2.5 cents are donated to social charities. For every kilogram of CO² produced during the cultivation of the plants, 1 cent goes to the replanting of forests in Bolivia.

Each plant is unique, so slight variations in size and shape may be possible.

Delivery

The shipping takes about 3-4 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot foresee or influence exactly when delivery will take place.

No, we do not charge any additional delivery costs!

We deliver to Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy and Holland.

If this should be the case, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible and tell us about your request!

Yeah, we also deliver on Saturdays. However, delivery on Sunday is unfortunately not possible.

ORDERING

As soon as your payment has been received and your order has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. After about 3-4 days your plant should arrive at your home.

Send us a mail to [email protected], we will gladly take care of your request!

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, send us an e-mail to [email protected] before the shipping confirmation has arrived in your inbox. Please include your order number. However, if the order is already on its way, we cannot cancel it.

Yes, please send us an email with the desired amount to [email protected].

You will receive a voucher code, which you can easily redeem at checkout at the bottom of the page.

You will receive your invoice directly after the order by e-mail.

My account

No, that’s not necessary. You can always place an order without creating an account.

Go to “Login” in the top right corner of our shop. Click on “Lost your password?” and enter either your username or your email address. Then go to “Reset password”. You will receive a message asking you to reset your old password. Once you have created a new password, you will be automatically logged in to your account.

Payment

We offer different payment methods: PayPal, credit card and instant bank transfer.

First check if your card is still valid or if your limit has been reached. If your payment is rejected, send an email to [email protected]. If we cannot find a solution together, please contact your bank.
