Flowering plant from Botanicly
The peace lily is known for its spoon-shaped leaves and white flowers. Almost all Spathiphyllum varieties have white flowers and the leaves are fresh, shiny green. This plant originally comes from South America. The peace lily is one of the many plants that demonstrably purifies the air in your home.
The plant likes a room temperature of 18°C to 22°C and a bright location (but not the full sun). In the summer, it may it also be placed outside – but then out of the sun. When the leaves start to droop, it means that the plant needs water. But it is better to keep the soil moist with a little lukewarm water at regular intervals. Remove any dead flowers. To make sure that the plant also blossoms the following year, it needs to rest for a month or two in the winter. Then put it in a bright but cooler (15°C) spot.
